The Institute's current annual brochure describes its local activities and yearly schedule and contains lists of teachers in the Institute's leadership and members of its National Advisory Committee. The Institute provides teachers p

documents to guide their development of curriculum units.
The Institute's national initiative aims to demonstrate that the approach the Institute has taken for more than two decades in New Haven can be tailored to establish similar partnerships under different circumstances in other cities. One brochure desc
ribes its Aims and Current Accomplishments and another, A National Demonstration Project, 1998-2002, contains an account of its establishment.
The Annual Reports describe the Institute's operation in New Haven by drawing heavily on the evaluations written by Fellows and seminar leaders at the conclusion of their participation. They also contain material on program evaluation, national dissem
ination, and financial and program development. The reports for 2006, 2003, 2002, 2001,
2000, 1999, 1998, and 1996 are presently available.
"The Policies, Structure, and Procedures" of the Institute, endorsed by the Yale Corporation in September 1994, describe the Institute's permanent role as a unit of the University.
"School-College Collaboration: Preparing Teachers and Curricula for Public Schools" is a report on the 1991 conference, held at Yale and attended by 27 teams of teachers and administrators from educational partnerships across the Un
ited States. The conference focused on the content, process, and products of their collaborative efforts.
In the preface to "A Progress Report on Surveys Administered to New Haven Teachers, 1982-1990," Gita Z. Wilder of the Educational Testing Service summarizes highlights of the decade-long study of results of the Institute's
program for teachers who had participated as Fellows, and for those who had not. She concludes, "What is most notable about the findings... is their consistency.... Such consistency of responses is manifest not only among each year's Fellows, but among F
ellows across years."
"...and for New Haven" describes the initiative to meet the endowment challenge grants awarded to the Institute.
"Celebrating Teachers," the program for the Institute's 25th Anniversary Gala on November 13, 2002, describes the Institute's mission and history and lists its participants and supporters between 1978 and 2002.
