Yale Dining is revamping its recipe books and introducing new, bold flavors. Over the summer, members of the campus community were invited to tastings called "Join Our Family Table!" which will be held monthly at SOM beginning this fall. Presenting the culinary creations were Christine Bartlett, chef; Thomas Peterlik, culinary director; and David Kuzma, executive chef.
