. This is all used office furniture, sold AS IS, no returns. University policy allows us to sell ONLY to Yale departments and personnel. If you pick up an item, please bring your own rope.  No items are sold over the phone. You must come to see the furniture before making arrangements to purchase, whether it's a department or personal purchase.
· Department Purchases:  All sales must be paid for by Request for Services.  Delivery to campus locations available at a modest cost.  Storage charges may result on items not picked up or delivery arranged within 3 days.
· Personal Purchases:  All sales must be paid for by personal check with preprinted name that matches your Yale I.D.  We can not accept cash. Items can only be held for 24 hours and must be paid for when picked up.  We can not deliver personal purchases. We can not load personal vehicles. Please bring rope or blankets, if necessary, to protect/secure your items, and be sure your vehicle is large enough to carry your items.
