Planning an event and require assistance with audio-visual support? Academic Technologies can help. Our professionals routinely provide AV support for University events, including audio recordings, equipment rental and technical support services.

Acceptable payment methods include Mastercard, Visa or debit card. All non-departmental requests are obligated to pay Connecticut sales tax.

Purchasing advice
Purchasing AV equipment can be a daunting task, especially if you aren’t familiar with the technology. For assistance, please contact George Dobuzinsky, AV Systems Engineer, 203.436.4915, who can recommend equipment based on your programmatic requirements. Please consider warranty and extended service options when making your purchase.
Project management
Academic Technologies can assist in the design and integration of audio-visual systems for learning spaces, conference rooms, common rooms and research labs. We work closely with the Office of Facilities to ensure the systems are in compliance with building code and adhere to the Design Guidelines for Yale Learning Spaces and established Technology Levels (Tiers 1-4). Digital signage
Digital signage refers the use of electronic displays to deliver targeted, informational digital content to specific areas. Utilizing digital display technology in this manner is becoming an integral part of the current information landscape. Digital signage solutions offer the ability to simultaneously present several playlists of graphical, text or video content, scheduled to meet the information delivery requirements of the location.
