Central email restore request
Use this form to request the restoration of email messages that had been stored in your account on the Central Email Postoffices. If you stored email on your local PC, you should restore them from your own Central Backup (previously known as TSM) account or if you stored messages in folders in your Pantheon "Home" directory, please see the website given below about Pantheon file restoration.
- Backups on the Central Email Postoffices are typically done once each day at about 4:00 am. This means that if you receive an email message and delete it in the same day, there will be no backup of it.
- If you have left the University and your account has been deleted, your data cannot be restored.
- We generally cannot restore data that has been deleted for more than 6 days - act quickly.
