Yale’s Graduate School of Arts and Sciences offers doctoral degrees in the Humanities, the Social Sciences, the Biological Sciences, and the Physical Sciences and Engineering. It also offers a number of terminal master's degree programs. The Graduate School encourages prospective students to increase their understanding of the nature of doctoral education through consultation with faculty and graduate students.
